3 days from Marrakech desert to fez

3 days from Marrakech desert to fez tour where you will share with other travelers the vehicle. But you will have your private accommodation. This 3 days from Marrakech to Merzouga is for travelers who prefer to join other travelers on a small group and for travelers with low budget.

Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Gorges of Dades

After picking you up at the hotel or riad where you are staying, we will head south towards Ouarzazate. On the way, we will cross the amazing landscapes of the Atlas by the incredible port of Tizi n’Tichka, of 2,260 meters in height.

Halfway we will arrive at the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, the most amazing fortified city of Morocco, set of films like Gladiator or The Kingdom of Heaven. Continuing the route we will arrive at Ouarzazate, where we will see the Kasbah of Taourirt.

Taking the Road of the Thousand Kasbahs towards Skoura, and from here we will cross the Valley of Roses to finally reach the Dades Gorges, where we will stay.

Day 2: Gorges of Dades – Gorges of Todra – Merzouga

After breakfast, we will head towards the Dades Valley and cross the incredible Gorges of Todra, where we will stay until lunchtime.

With the replenished energies, we will take Merzouga’s direction and cross the Jorf palm grove (where the best dates come out) and Erfoud, a small town where you can visit a marble workshop.

Once in Merzouga, we will leave the vehicle to enter the desert on the back of a camel in search of the camp where we will spend the night. Here, in the silence of the desert, we will enjoy one of the most authentic dinners in all of Morocco.

DAY 3: Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Midelt – Azrou-Ifran – Fes

Around 6:30 in the morning, we will get up to enjoy and admire the beautiful sunrise that offers the desert and take pictures from a large dune, one of the best moments in the desert of Merzouga.

Afterward, we will return in camels to the lodge to shower. And then we will take the road to Fes passing through the beautiful valley of Ziz, Errachidia, Midelt to the forest of cedars where we stop to visit the famous cedar of «Gouraud». We will continue our journey through the middle Atlas until we reach Fes in the afternoon
